Anyways.... you should probably not make them until thursday then. Even air tight doesnt matter that much, since moisture will only last so long with a cake. Are you putting icing or fondant on the cakes? If you use fondant.. that helps hold the moisture in even longer. However frosting will start to harden as well. So i wouldnt really recommend any sooner than thursday.
