mini: I'm designing a homemade mini golf course for a college social event. It needs to be somewhat cheap and doesn't have to be fancy, just sufficient. Anyone have any ideas of what I can use to make boundaries? (I'm hoping for 9 holes) Also, right now I'm using a plastic drinking cup as a hole. Any better ideas? I don't know if you call them sleepers in your country but think about railway sleepers and you get the idea. I'm designing a mini golf course at the moment and its going to have an ecological theme. I'm using a range of boarders from rocks, sleepers, no boundary / sand (bunkers), round-post retaining walls, square-post retaining walls, etc. Heres my theory. I think that we need to enhance ecology. I think there are many examples of waterways that have been destroyed by man. I'm currently asking my local council, government, community groups, etc for funding so that I can build a mini golf course that doubles as ecological restoration and recreation. Over time the mini golf course will pay for the construction, but I will get a 0% interest loan to build it.
