The flap covering the freezer got lost in my last move. I am now looking to sell it, but I am not sure if the freezer will still work. This is a 3.6 cu ft sanyo mini fridge. Will the freezer still work effectively?No. I haven't seen a small freezer inside of a small refrigerator that works well even with the door. Without it even more cold air will be likely to spill out. When you are looking for a replacement look for a small refrigerator with a separate front door for the freezer just like the bigger models.
