mini: I'm planning on making mini lox as an appetizer for a new years eve party. Anyone have any clever suggestions on what i can put the toppings on? Call your grocery store and see if they carry it (most do this time of year....often near the deli section). Brown bread like that is very lovely with cream cheese & lox (and maybe a sprig of dill or capers or a thin slice of cucumber!)
