The doxie might put up a good front for it though, but they might fight. I wouldn't submit a chihuahua to one's attitude. Minpins are really hyper.|||It kinda depends on the individual dog. If you're planning on getting one, get it young and socialize it with other dogs. But the dog just loves on them. she wouln't hurt a fly. but then again, every dog is different.|||I have a Min Pin that is 7 months old. Since the day we got him he has played so well with other dogs, loves people and does not bark at all. We bring him around other dogs big and small very often and he does great.|||They are very intelligent and great pets. But be aware that they are also very prone to luxating patella's (knee cap problems that require expensive surgeries to correct). I've had 3 over the years, and sweet, smart dogs. Definetly not for outside, and they love to be covered when they sleep. They get along with Chi's as I also have two of them.|||Our min pin was always good with other dogs. She could be hyper at times, and rather docile at other times. The one problem that we always had and alot of min pin owners have had this problem, is open the door and they sprint off before you can catch them.
