I'm jogging a 10k mini marathon on June 1st.
Although I don't regularly jog, I'm in fairly good shape.
How many times a week should I be jogging, and for how long? What kind of food should I have before the race?What kind of training should I be doing for a 10k mini marathon?you are just jogging avoid alcohol for a couple of days before you run but then just eat what you normally would three times a week for half an hour more than enough for a 10k jog
