Suppose I have all the data I want in text, video, mp3 files under given topics.
How do I use them and present them in an mini encyclopaedia which has all normal features of an encylopaedia.How is an mini encyclopaedia about a certain thing created? What programming language should I use?You would need software to organize it in pages and links to other pages. This is precisely what wiki software does, what Wikipedia popularized.
You can in fact install and use MediaWiki, the same software that powers Wikimedia projects. Then it's just a matter of doing lots of imports and page edits.
